Required on-site COVID testing and proof of vaccination: We have partnered with Lookout Health to conduct on-site testing and vaccine verification for this meeting. All attendees must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination. Please upload your COVID vaccination records through the CNAPS-specific web portal for verification using this link:

We recommend that you provide your proof of vaccination in advance of the meeting to avoid extended wait times upon arrival. Arriving for the first time at the meeting venue – required on-site COVID testing:
All in-person attendees are required to take a COVID-19 rapid antigen test at the meeting venue when they first arrive and to receive a negative test result before they can complete their on-site registration and collect their name badge.

On Monday, May 16, meeting registration opens at 1 pm, the meeting begins with the opening address at 2 pm, and the poster session begins at 5:30 pm. However, please allow an additional 20-30 min to take the COVID test on-site and to receive your test result. On Monday, the on-site COVID testing center opens at noon (see the full hours below).

You will not be able to enter the hall for talks or the poster session until after you have obtained a negative test result and collected your name badge at registration.

When you first arrive in the hotel lobby, proceed down one level (to the “Fillmore Foyer”), where you will find the COVID testing center. While you are waiting for your test results, please either stay on that level or wait in your hotel room, in the lobby, or outdoors.Please maintain social distancing and wear a mask during this time.If your test result is negative, you will be provided with a pass that you can then take to the registration table two levels down from the lobby (the “Theater level”), where you can register and collect your name badge. Once you have registered and collected your name badge, you do not need to take a COVID test again during the meeting. If you test positive for COVID-19, we will provide you with additional guidance, and – if you are a speaker – we will help you switch to giving your talk virtually.

The on-site COVID testing center will be open during the following hours:
Monday, May 16, noon to 5:30 pm
Tuesday, May 17, 7:30 am to 10:30 am
Wednesday, May 18, 7:30 am to 11:00 am

Masks: Although wearing a mask is optional in the hotel, we ask that all meeting attendees please wear a mask in the hall where the talks will be held and during the poster session when not eating or drinking. Speakers presenting from the podium do not need to wear a mask during their talk. Please note that hotel staff providing service for the meeting are not required to wear a mask.

International travel testing service: For those who are traveling internationally and need to provide a COVID-19 test result prior to departure, we have contracted with Lookout Health to provide that service on Wednesday, May 18 (see the times above). The following tests will be available, depending on the entry requirements of the country you are traveling to: Antigen (15-minute results), LAMP Molecular NAAT (30-minute results), and RT-PCR (1-hour results).
